Today we are praying for the judges of British Columbia. While they are not elected, they are an important part of our province and are in need of our prayers.
Lord, You are the Righteous Judge of all the earth and today we are praying for the men and women who serve our communities and province as judges. They have a difficult role to fulfill as they seek to uphold the law while at the same time bring forth verdicts that are appropriate and fair to all concerned. God, grant them tremendous wisdom and discernment. Help them as they deliberate over criminal, civil and family issues. Use them as peacemakers and mediators. Strengthen them as they serve in this crucial area.
